Go to SurveyMonkey: http://www.surveymonkey.com/ Click "Member Login".

     Username = c of c library

     Password = redmonkey

 

ANALYZING YOUR SESSIONS' SURVEYS

Click the "Analyze" icon for the Library Instruction Feedback Survey. The default setting here is a summary of all submitted surveys.

 

1. To see surveys for classes you taught, click "Filter Responses".

2. Click "Add a Filter" and name your filter if you wish.

3. Check "Filter by responses".

4. Click "New Response Filter".

5. Select "Librarian's Name" from the dropdown menu.

6. Select your name from the new dropdown menu that appears.

7. Click "Save changes". You will get a summary report of all the surveys on which you were named the librarian giving the session.
